A unique martial art, Cognitive Combat Therapy (CCT) combines physical training and therapy into one.
CCT is a holistic approach and a huge timesaver (and hey you’re multitasking!).
By utilizing physicality, philosophy, strategy, therapeutic metaphors and meditation it provides a more efficient therapy and improves the chances that the therapeutic treatment will be adhered to, to its completion.
